Pros:
It will hold a door open even if the door has a heavy swing arm.
Cons:
It will not automatically catch the door, you have to hold the door against the Magnetic catch for a couple of seconds before it catches. So you can't just swing the door open and expect it to automatically catch. The door just bonces off the magnetic catch if not held for a couple seconds.
